- 4–7+ years of experience in Brand / Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio of branding and visual identity work;
- Able to independently lead projects from concept development and visual design through to execution and final delivery;
- Strong skills in typography, layout, color, and visual systems;
- Able to understand brand strategy and creative direction, and translate them into high-quality visual expressions;
- Adaptable across different industries and visual styles; proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with an openness to exploring AI-powered design tools.

- Responsible for creative research and the conception and planning of design concepts;
